CBT has three main models of delivery for SVQs to fulfill employer expectations. Our focus until recently has always been working with employees at their place of work on a one to one basis, which has proved to be highly successful. Within recent years, due to increased awareness of Equality & Diversity issues, we have developed tailor made delivery utilising workshops and purposely designed coursework.
One to one delivery:
CBT Assessors meet with candidates in their workplace on a regular basis to assess their competence in their role and support them to build a high quality portfolio of evidence
E-Portfolio, using Learning Assistant, is available for candidates at all levels if desirable, especially those working at higher level where time is a constraint.
